ReVamp Home Improvements

Beautiful homes.  Practical guidance.  A design and build journey you can enjoy and feel confident about.

ReVamp Home Improvements Ltd. is a family-run building company based in St. Albans.   We help you bring your home vision to life with a personal design and build service that brings together architectural design, planning, building expertise and interiors.  We're passionate about helping people create beautiful homes they love, and making the journey there a positive one.

From luxury new build homes and whole-home transformations to large scale extensions and interior design, we combine our love of building with practical expertise, careful project management and a personal approach to help turn home visions into thoughtfully finished homes.   For us, quality means considering how a home looks, how it feels and how it works for the people living in it.  From the details you see every day to the work behind the walls, we care about creating homes that stand the test of time.

Your vision, in experienced hands

Building or transforming your home is exciting but it can also feel daunting.  There are budgets to consider, unfamiliar decisions to make and details you may not yet know to ask about.  We're here to make sense of it all.  We want people to feel informed, reassured and confident that their home is in good hands.  We listen to what matters to you, explain your options, offer honest guidance, think ahead and help you make informed decisions throughout your project.

We believe people deserve to be treated fairly, have their home and budget respected, and enjoy the excitement of creating something special.  We want to help people avoid costly mistakes, make choices they feel good about and get the most from their home.

Building and interiors, considered together

Led by husband-and-wife team Rodney (aka Mac) and Emma McNamee, ReVamp brings building expertise and interior design together, considering how your home looks, feels and functions.  Mac personally oversees our building projects, co-ordinating our team of trusted and experienced sub-contractors, keeping a close eye on progress, workmanship and the decisions ahead.  You can also engage Mac's consultancy services for initial advice on potential building works to explore possibilities and costs before embarking on any works.

As well as managing your initial design, drawings and planning application, Emma brings a creative eye and practical understanding of interiors, helping you shape spaces that reflect your personality and suit everyday life.  Emma will guide you on choosing your interior finishes every step of the way, from floor tiles to internal doors, from stairs to paint colours, from kitchens to lighting.

The joy of a home

What makes it all worthwhile is seeing the happiness a finished home brings, the joy of a space that feels right.  Somewhere to relax, welcome friends & family, and create memories for years to come.

Whether we're designing a home, managing a build, helping shape an interior, or sharing our experience through our guides, our purpose is the same: to help people have a positive building journey, enjoy the experience, and create a home they can fall in love with.
